Breaking News! Jarec Wentworth's Trial Set To Begin July 7th

Xbiz is reporting that a trial date has been set for Tuesday July 7th for The Jarec Wentworth case after he was denied bail several weeks ago.
And that's not all, Wentworth's attorneys have asked the judge to compel Donald Burns' own attorney, Douglas Axel, to be called as a witness!
Axel reportedly talked to several FBI agents without the presence of his client Donald Burns and because of this Wentworth's attorneys are saying that he is "fair game" to be called as a witness if Burns makes statements during trial that are inconsistent with the statements Axel has made to the FBI; so I hope these two get their stories straight so Burns doesn't impeach himself.
As of this post, U.S. District Judge John F. Walter has not yet ruled on this motion.
Wentworth is being held here in Downtown LA at the Metropolitan Detention Center.
More updates as I get them.
