In a verdict that has surprised no one, Jarec Wentworth has been found guilty on all counts:
Transmitting threatening communications with the extent to extort
Extortion and attempted extortion affecting interstate commerce by nonviolence threat
Two Counts: Receiving proceeds of extortion
Use of an interstate facility to facilitate an unlawful activity.
The trial concluded at 10:00AM this morning. Wentworth reportedly put his hands over his face and laid his head down on the table while the verdict was being read.
His sentencing is scheduled for September 21st and he faces anywhere from six to nine years in prison.
